The guesthouse is right in the thick of this walkable locale, and a few blocks away are the Hawthorne, Belmont, & Clinton Neighborhoods, offering more to see & do then you'll probably have time for.

The Willamette Week Newspaper named the Bluebird Guesthouse, our sister property, as one of the 'Best of Portland 2006' - they even came up with a category just for us. We are about 1/2 way down the article's online page

Clinton Street is an officially designated Portland 'Bike Boulevard'. Bring yours or rent one (Clever Cycles), they are the best way to get around the city. Ample bike storage is available in our basement via an electronically locked back door.

Yelp is a fun site that has reviews from both locals and visitors about what to do & where to eat in the city
